The Process
Step One
We start by listening to our clients needs and asking the necessary questions in order to gather all of the pertinent information to ensure we deliver appropriate recommendations.
Step Two
Utilizing the information we have gathered we will then build an RFP (request for proposal) that will detail sleeping room needs, meeting space requirements, f&b needs and any other critical information required by the planner.
Step Three
We will then send the RFP out to our database of over 200,000 hotels and venues inviting the ones that meet your requirements to submit a proposal.
Step Four
After collecting all of the bids from each property we will then compile the information into an easy-to-read report that will clearly detail all of the necessary information for our clients to begin the process of narrowing down their selections.
Step Five
We will then arrange site visits for our clients to tour the hotel(s) and personally meet with the conference services & hotel sales teams, the Director of Sales and any other relevant hotel staff they would like to speak with while on property.
Step Six
The final step would be to request a contract and negotiate the most favorable terms and clauses in the industry today. Our hotel relationships and the sheer volume of business we do each year ensures that our clients will always receive the very best rates, terms and concessions. - EVERY TIME!
